If you have entered a valid email address but have not received the confirmation code you may wish to return to the login page and start over with the username and password provided by your council.
Another email will be sent to the address with the confirmation code.
Common reasons you may not receive the confirmation code email include:- Your email address was entered incorrectly.
- You email "inbox" or account is full.
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP), email service or application, or personal computer protection software has categorized the email as SPAM, or blocked it altogether. Please check your SPAM folder and allow email from the following domains:
- trails-end.com
- weaverpopcorncompany.com
- Your ISP does not have Reverse DNS Lookups enabled, and requires DNS validation of a mail host. Please inquire with your ISP about Reverse DNS Lookups.
If you do not have access to a valid email account you will not be able to use this system.
Each confirmation code uniquely identifies an email address, so you must use the confirmation code for the most recent email address entered.
